Grief and Loss Support Resources
It can feel challenging to find proper support after losing a loved one, and through this process I have learned that depending on who we’ve lost, we will often want to gravitate to more specific support.
If you’re looking for support in your local area, you can try asking around. Funeral homes, behavioral health and medical providers, and many religious centers may offer services as well, such as churches and temples.
What I’m providing here is not a complete list of resources, but merely a starting point. You are not alone. I hope you can find the community you need right now.
